Fun is the heart of gaming — kq999 wants you to always play safely, healthily, and with enjoyment. Keep control in your own hands.
Gaming
Why Is Responsible Gaming Important?
Online gaming and betting can be an enjoyable form of entertainment when experienced within the right limits. kq999 believes every player should stay aware of their budget, time, and mental state. Play for fun — not as a way to earn income.
kq999 has created an environment for players in Bangladesh where you can set your own gaming limits. Deposit limits, time-outs, and self-exclusion features are available directly from your account.
If you ever feel that gaming is affecting other important areas of your life — family, work, or finances — contact our support team right away. We are here for you 24/7.
Remember: Gaming is entertainment only. Never bet to resolve a financial crisis or pay off debts.
For ages 21+: Gaming at kq999 is strictly for those aged 21 and above only. Participation by minors is strictly prohibited.
Our Safety Features
Set Deposit Limits
At kq999 you can set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. To increase a limit, an additional verification process must be followed, which is in place for your own protection.
Time-Out
If you want to take a short break, use kq999's time-out feature. You can temporarily close your account for anywhere from 24 hours to 30 days. During the break, no bets or deposits can be made.
Self-Exclusion
If you feel you need a long break from gaming, apply for self-exclusion. This feature allows your account to be closed for a minimum of 6 months. Once self-exclusion is active, returning to play before the period ends is not possible.
Review Your Gaming History
View your full betting history, deposit, and withdrawal details at any time. Reviewing your own activity makes it easier to make informed decisions and gives you a clear picture of your spending.
Age Verification & Account Security
kq999 verifies age at registration. Only those aged 21 and above may create an account. To protect minors, it is recommended to use a password and two-step security on your account.
